We are proud to announce that Masah Specialized Contracting Co. has completed successfully all construction activities at Al Moosa Specialist Hospital North Tower, located at Al Ahsa, east of Saudi Arabia. This initiated the “Testing & Commissioning” phase.
During the Testing & Commissioning phase, the Saudi Civil Defense Permit was issued to commission the premises.
The construction activities initiated on the first quarter of 2018. Today we celebrate a job well done by meeting all required plans and schedules. The project was delivered as per the designs with 24 floors including 5 basements, a mezzanine floor, and a load transfer slab. This landmark hospital has the capacity of 220 beds and an area of approximately 72,000 m2.
It is worth mentioning that the project had to overcome tremendous logistical challenges to be delivered as scheduled.
Al Moosa Specialist Hospital project is considered as one of the largest hospitals at Al-Ahsa Municipality. Moreover, it is the only project in the region fulfilling the requirements of LEED Gold V4 for healthcare facilities.
